What new Florida golf course has carts with a GPS system included?  (After all, you wouldn't want to miss a hole.)

St. James Bay Golf Course in the tiny town of Carrabelle in the Florida Panhandle awaits you!  The 18-hole championship course has wetlands and water hazards on every hole (keeps you on your toes). 

A full-service driving range and two putting greens are also available, as are pro instructions.

Yeah, I know it's kind of early, especially seeing as the kids aren't even back in school yet, but Walt Disney World will soon be kicking off its series of "Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party" celebrations.

On these nights, the Magic Kingdom closes early, so that guests to this special event can come in costume and trick-or-treat in style from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM!

Dates include:

  • September 15, 22, 29
  • October 2, 5, 6, 10, 12, 16, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24, 26, 27, 30, & 31

Tickets can be purchased in advance for a discount most nights -- except for October 27, 30 and 31.  Regular ticket prices are $42.95 plus tax for ages 10 and over, while ages 3 to 9 is $35.95 plus tax. Advance purchase discounts are roughly $6 per ticket. .

Starting October 1st, Disney will celebrate the Year of a Million Dreams.  What kind of dreams you ask?
