Cocoa Beach Florida

Cocoa Beach, Florida is a quiet, clean, serene and peaceful beach. Our family went last summer and the kids enjoyed swimming and playing in the sand.

My husband and I loved that there was not a lot of activity going on with tons of people. We were not afraid of our kids wandering around and getting lost.

The beach had plenty of spots for us to choose from when we first came and throughout the day, more people showed up but Cocoa Beach never got crowded or crazy.

The beach was so clean and we enjoyed looking at shells, seaweed and other debris washed up by the Atlantic Ocean. What a beautiful place! Clean water, clean sand and no crowds!

We were staying in Orlando and the drive was not that bad, only about an hour. My husband really wanted to find a place not crazy like Daytona but not completely in the boonies.

The kids loved the surf, which was moderate. They ran around, laughing and playing in the waves. I just loved sitting back and not being distracted by sounds and people. Cocoa Beach was a lovely respite from our everyday world and we will go back the next time we visit Florida.
