I Vote for St. Augustine Beach

I like St. Augustine Beach as a family beach. Here's why I like it so much.

First, St. Augustine Beach is really pretty. The beach is nice and wide and the waves are decent -- not too big for the little ones, and not to small for us grownups to have fun.

While I wouldn't call it a deserted beach, I would call it uncrowded most of the time. Gives you room to spread out and relax.

The beach isn't really located in St. Augustine -- it's actually on Anastasia Island. But, St. Augustine is the closest big city, so I guess that's how they decided to name it.

But the big reason I think St. Augustine Beach is a good family beach is there are a lot of family-type things to do, if your day at the beach gets rained out. There are all kinds of tourist sttractions in town, and Ripley's Believe it or Not is great fun.

That's why I vote for St. Augustine Beach as my favorite family beach.
